Good general vidi.. definitely something I would consider doing if in Turkey (a well planned trip although). Good mention of the lack of visitors, but I lacking mention of the permit (I assume) required.. Kudoos to your guides and base camp providers (love the ponies). Nice shot of the hail and snow (perhaps showing how glaciers can maintain (grow) even in summer. Great summit shots..

This mountain may not be geographically in Armenia, but the Armenian people revere it as a symbol of their country, much like Americans view the Statue of Liberty. Such a beautiful mountain with, unfortunately a sordid past.
Mount Ararat: From the layers of the sky, from which it reaches through the clouds, it keeps watching the many civilizations that have been established around it for thousands of years. It has witnessed the birth and collapse of many civilizations such as the Urartians, Huris, Ilkhanids, Oghuzes, Mongols, Timurs, Sakas, Arsaklis, Karakoyunlus, Akkoyunlus, Seljuks. A safe haven for Noah's ark, this sacred mountain hosts thousands of climbers every year who want to see the immortality of the soul. People living all over this mountain have called it by various names; Eğri Dağ, Ararat, Erarvat, Ağrı, Masis, or Küh-u Nuh, whatever its name, ultimately connects cultures. IĞDIR / TURKEY
@@simonklein6082 Since it's the border area with Armenia, if you want to go on your own you must apply for a permit well in advance (1 month). So in practice, one has to go with a guide in order to avoid this issue.
I would like to use some clips from this video for a dramatic piece we are making about a climber back in the 70s. They are clips that are not on Shutterstock, is there a way to get in touch with you about this.
You must love Jehovah your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. You must love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus the anointed is Lord! Repent and be baptized and believe the Gospel.
if it exist as people say, it is located under 35 feet of ice and talus and is about in 3 or 4 main pieces. they could be standing on it and never have a clue.
I bet it was amazing experience. I hope a spiritual one also. If it was me it probably would have been. Knowing Noah was on that mountain and that's where the water left him. Climbing down and asking yourself. "Did Noah and his family take these very steps down?" Great video and thank you for sharing your experience.

Great flood is a myth. Water cannot cover all mountains and yet not drain down unless it is local only. And how could Noah collect pairs of animals and plants and build his ship? doesn't make any sense.
